Don't bother calling in...WHATTA JOKE you’re better off going outta your way to visit them in person. Receiving the usual RUN around from this office. Had an accident back in 2012, state farm really didn't want to deal/help us, 2015 we had a roof issue with high winds/filed a claim to no avail due to issue not being a "sudden" incident. Just NO after NO. until eventually they got the roof approved for fix.. so we got it repaired, good job they did, but after all said/done.. they were like ok thanks guys.. nice knowing ya.. bye now.. shop around..we ended up Amfam now. "When our State Farm agent passed away suddenly we moved agents and unfortunately it was a disappointing experience. In the transfer some how many of our coverages changed, our price increased after an error on their part and took several months for them to remedy and credit us. They are poor communicators meaning rarely did we get calls or emails back. Would not recommend."
