""Like a good neighbor”..state farm AINT there.. Either these folks are really busy or the phone lines are set to voice message right away. Don't bother calling in...WHATTA JOKE you’re better off going outta your way to visit them in person. Receiving the usual RUN around from this office. Had a minor car accident back in 2012, state farm really didn't want to deal with/help us, 2015 we had a roof issue with chinook high winds/filed a claim to no avail due to chinook issue not being a "sudden" incident. Just NO after NO. until eventually they got the roof approved for fix.. so we got it repaired, good job the crew did, but after all said/done.. STATE FARM sent us letters like.. “ok guys..thanks guys.. nice knowing ya guys..bye now guys..shop around guys”… so we did guys and I’s Amfam now guys👍😎"

"When our State Farm agent passed away suddenly we moved agents and unfortunately it was a disappointing experience. In the transfer some how many of our coverages changed, our price increased after an error on their part and took several months for them to remedy and credit us. They are poor communicators meaning rarely did we get calls or emails back. Would not recommend."
